This 2 bedroom house in Knaphill village is situated on a quiet residential cul de sac with driveway parking within a lovely estate. The front door opens on to a hallway off which is a separate kitchen with integrated appliances. The sitting/dining room is open plan. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (one has the flexibility of being a twin room, as the bed separates) sharing a family bathroom. The space Spotlessly clean, and with all the essentials, you will find comfortable beds, lashings of hot water, whizzy wifi and a well-equipped kitchen. Pets are welcome! There are good transport links nearby. Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect. Over time we have created a few processes to ensure we can deliver a high service level and a great stay for every guest. Guest access You have the run of the entire house. Other things to note The master bedroom has twin beds which zip link to become a king-sized bed. Please state if you need these beds as singles or as a double when you book. Just so you know: we are superhosts.
