This 2 bedroom house in Knaphill village is situated on a quiet residential cul de sac with driveway parking within a lovely estate. The front door opens on to a hallway off which is a separate kitchen with integrated appliances. The sitting/dining room is open plan. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (one has the flexibility of being a twin room, as the bed separates) sharing a family bathroom. The space Spotlessly clean, and with all the essentials, you will find comfortable beds, lashings of hot water, whizzy wifi and a well-equipped kitchen. Pets are welcome! There are good transport links nearby. Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect. Over time we have created a few processes to ensure we can deliver a high service level and a great stay for every guest. Guest access You have the run of the entire house. Other things to note The master bedroom has twin beds which zip link to become a king-sized bed. Please state if you need these beds as singles or as a double when you book. Just so you know: we are superhosts. Not to toot our own horns, but we manage a growing group of carefully curated properties in the South – some of them are fabulous holiday lets but some are more suitable for short term lets. We host contract workers or families who are refurbishing their own homes, waiting for a new home purchase to go through, who are between tenancies, or relocating to the area and wanting to take some time to assess the perfect spot. We love to provide a real home from home in these properties: fully serviced with everything you could possibly need – whizzy wifi and sharp knives in the kitchen, linens and towels, hangers in the cupboards and an iron and board. Our sister company, Buy to Let Hunter, sources places just like this for our clients. We then prepare them for market (taking care of the maintenance and furnishings, the photographs and the listings) so guests like you can come and stay with us.
