The Costa Est consists of apartments on two levels with a living room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms, and 2 Ba, ideal for accommodating up to 7 people. Equipped with a washing machine and a coffee maker, they offer a beautiful garden overlooking the sea at Foxi Manna beach, equipped with a barbecue, tables and sun loungers. The beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot via several access points, for a vacation full of relaxation and the sea. The space Spacious apartment on two levels with a beautiful sea view, ideal for families and groups of up to 7 people. It has a living room, an equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms, and 2 Ba. The garden, overlooking Foxi Manna beach, is equipped with a barbecue, tables and sun loungers for relaxing a short walk from the sea. Other things to note Check-in and Check-out Check-in is available until 7:00 p.m., unless otherwise agreed in advance. Check-out must be done by 10:00 a.m. Energy consumption Each room is equipped with air conditioning connected to a consumption meter. The first 20 kWh are included in the price; any excess consumption will be charged at the end of the stay at a cost of €0.50 per kWh. Security deposit A security deposit of €200.00 will be required at check-in, which will be returned at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the accommodation. Accommodation tax Upon arrival, the accommodation tax of €1.50 per person per night must be paid. The tax is due for overnight stays at accommodation facilities in the Municipality of Tertenia, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Government-issued IDs We remind you of the requirement to present a valid government-issued ID for each guest at check-in. The registration of guests is required by current legislation pursuant to Regional Law no. 16/2017. Sardinia ferry agreement Our facility offers a discount of 10% to 15% on departures by the Moby and Tirrenia companies to Sardinia.
