This amazing and sunny penthouse apartment is located just 10 min walk from the beach. The apartment has two bedrooms and a beautiful terrace with incredible panoramic views. The apartment has a private parking spot in the garage of the urbanization. Guests are welcome to enjoy the community’s swimming pool in the summer season! There is a supermarket just 5 min walk from the apartment. From Santa Pola you can easily explore other cities on Costa Blanca and the airport is just 15-20 min away. The space This apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the other with a bunk bed. The apartment has another full bathroom. The apartment has a bright and spacious dining- and living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two terraces. On the rooftop terrace there is a barbecue and a dining table, a perfect location to have dinner while enjoying the views and an amazing sunset. The downstairs terrace is excellent for the winter season, as it’s possible to close off with windows! Guest access Guests enjoy full access to the apartment and facilities. The urbanization offers a pool which is open during the summer season. (15th of June until the 15th of September) The apartment is located on the fourth floor and there is an elevator in the building.
