(Sleeps 4) . The space We would love to host you in our cozy little condo. It has a full bedroom with queen size bed. A comfy couch with a full size pullout is located in the living room for additional guests. Dining table seats 6. Iron and board. Hair dryer. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash Dispenser. Washer and dryer in unit. Cozy patio off bedroom to enjoy morning coffee. We have a Kuerig! 2 Cable TV’s. WI FI. Keyless entry to unit. You have your own code for access. We pride ourselves on this cozy little unit that we strive to keep clean and comfortable for all our guests. We stay here too! Please treat our home as if it is yours. Be respectful. Please note the HOA controls the elevator, community pool & Spa so there maybe times it is broken and we have no control over when it will be repaired. We do not have access to the mailboxes. Guest access Our parking spot is #526. Do NOT back in the space. You WILL be fined by the HOA. We have keyless entry. Other things to note The pool key is $100.00 if not returned after at the end of your stay. We are both Realtors. If you are looking for homes in the area, we would love to help.
