This apartment is a simple studio located right in downtown Flint. Walking distance to UofM-Flint, Mott College, Farmers Market, Museums, Planetarium, &Theaters, it's a wonderful HQ for your time spent here in Flint. Quick 5-10 minute drive to Flint hospitals for all of our traveling hospital faculty, and only 15-20 to Genesys Acension. Click on my profile to see all listings Apt 3 is on the ground floor on the south side of the house. Our home is an old Victorian home, with cathedral ceilings for the first floor and a cozy feel. There is a coin operated laundry area in the basement of our other home next door. We also offer ample parking around the property and street parking is available. You'll have your own personal small porch, but also will have access to the front porch where a grill, table, & chairs are located. Sage lives in room 1 in the home next door, but travels often for work. Mackenzie manages the property for him in his absence and is always available to help. Our friend Rudy helps with maintenance, landscaping, and also is there for you when needed. Located on a quiet, dead end street where across the road the original Flint Fire Department used to keep their horse stables, I find our area is one of the most peaceful neighborhood in the city. The neighborhood is between U of M Flint campus and Mott College campuses. You'll have quick access to I-75 and I-69 highways, and also be walking distance to the newly remodeled public library, Flint Institute of Art, Longway Planetarium, Sloan Museum, & more! Also walking distance to farmers market, downtown restaurants, bars, and all city administrators buildings. City has updated all the water pipes, gas lines, and roads the last couple years in this area. You'll find ongoing construction throughout the city. We recommend traveling by car unless you're in town to take advantage of Flint's downtown area, the schools, or the Cultural Center. Flint also is quite accessible by bike although I'd only advise that in the warmer months. We offer free parking on the property, as well as street parking. We have a central heating system for the winter and AC units are installed in the summer time. We welcome long-term and short-term guests, and find that students and traveling workers call our apartments home often.
