This apartment is a simple studio located right in downtown Flint. Walking distance to UofM-Flint, Mott College, Farmers Market, Museums, Planetarium, &Theaters, it's a wonderful HQ for your time spent here in Flint. Quick 5-10 minute drive to Flint hospitals for all of our traveling hospital faculty, and only 15-20 to Genesys Acension. Click on my profile to see all listings The space Apt 3 is on the ground floor on the south side of the house. Our home is an old Victorian home, with cathedral ceilings for the first floor and a cozy feel. Guest access There is a coin operated laundry area in the basement of our other home next door. We also offer ample parking around the property and street parking is available. You'll have your own personal small porch, but also will have access to the front porch where a grill, table, & chairs are located. Other things to note We have a central heating system for the winter and AC units are installed in the summer time. We welcome long-term and short-term guests, and find that students and traveling workers call our apartments home often.
