Dog Friendly! The space You will have the entire home and backyard to yourself! Guests are greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine, local organic peach chutney and crackers! Enjoy Starbucks K-cups and coffee during your stay as well. The home is fully renovated, clean and provides a great space to hang out- inside and out! It's very open, yet cozy! The backyard is a little private oasis with patio, grill, fire pit and twinkling string lights. The home was fully renovated over the last three years, down to the studs. Where the Serena & Lily barstools now sit, used to be a wood paneled wall separating the living room and kitchen. We opened it up to create an open space for entertaining and relaxing! The wood beams in the home are from the same wood that's in a local Charleston watering hole. Living Room: New Steven Shell sectional, large enough to fit everyone! It can easily be converted to a bed like configuration. Perfect for watching movies or napping! Just move the coffee table and swing the ottoman around. Find books, games and cards in the rattan console under the TV. Friends Trivia, What Do You Meme, Cranium, Scategories, etc. Smart TV with numerous apps such at Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. Kitchen: Equipped with all stainless steel appliances including gas stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Enjoy complimentary Starbucks K-cups and coffee during your stay. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials so you can cook as you would at home, if you choose! The island is perfect for hanging out, playing games and eating! Push button garbage disposal. The Bohemian Bedroom: Queen bed and down mattress cover for extra comfort. Fresh linens and towels. Overlooks the backyard! Sunny in the morning and the moon shines into the side window at night for a perfect view! Enjoy custom built in shelving and hanging space in the closet and dresser space. Don't Make Me Blush Bedroom: Queen air mattress with plush comforter. Fresh linens and towels. Two desks & chairs if you're traveling for work, working from home or jumping on a quick webinar while on vaca! Workout equipment is in the corner- dumbbells, yoga mats, bands, core ball, etc. Feel free to bring the equipment outside onto the patio or grass to workout! There is a track on the back of the door as well that can be utilized for SO many different moves- similar to TRX. It can fit about 4 vehicles depending on size. Should you need more parking, there is ample on-street parking across from the house on Durant Avenue and Mixson Avenue. It's all free parallel parking! **We love our grass and plants- please do not park in the backyard or on flower beds/plants! Please don't block the sidewalk or street.** The best way to get around the Park Circle neighborhood is to walk or ride bikes! There are bike rental options in Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. If you want to plan to have bikes dropped off by a rental company, that's fine! Within a few minute walk- Mixson Market, Mixson Burger & Brews, Sunfly, Abundant Seafood Market, CVS, Choice's Deli & Market, Disc Golf Course Within a 10/15 minute walk- Farmer's market, local restaurants/bars, breweries, shopping, distilleries, coffee shops, bakery, creamery with homemade ice cream & more! Most of these are on E. Montague, or a side street off of E. Montague, and Spruill Avenue. Some of our favorites are Holy City Brewing, Jackrabbit Filly, The Junction, Accent on Wine, EVOO Pizzeria & Bakery, Park Circle Creamery, Roadside Blooms and Mixson Market. Uber/Lyft/Drive- Airport, Tanger Outlets & N. Charleston Coliseum (8 min approx), Downtown Charleston (15 min approx), Mt. Pleasant (15 min approx), Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island (25 min approx), Folly Beach (30 min approx), West Ashley (15 min approx) Other things to note We require a $75 pet deposit and must approve all pets.
