The space The residence was built in 2006 by totally respecting the traditional values of the region, according to architecture studies of Rizareios School and every detail was scrupulously abided. It offers serenity and relaxation, either in its interior next to the three fireplaces, or at its porches with the amazing view of the snowcapped mountains. If the weather is nice the visitor can easily enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal under the shadow of the arbor at the yard. The interior design is in total harmony with the traditional specifications of the region and the modern comforts that every traveller demands. Fully privacy is provided at the bedrooms, since every room has its own private bath and fireplace. At the living room the company of the fireplace and the wood stove creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equiped, the coffee machine is at your disposal and hot tea gathered from our mountain is always there to warm you up. Right in front of the residence three parking spots are always at your disposal. Guest access From the city of Ioannina you will have to travel 54 kilometers to reach the village of Skamneli. The distance from Thessaloniki is around 260 kilometers, by using Egnatia Road until you reach Ioannina.
