It includes a queen bed in a private corner (tucked away to have privacy like a bedroom, but without a door), a pull-out sofa in a different area of the basement, with a 40" Roku TV, foosball, ping-pong, plenty of board games, and a dedicated work area. A 3/4 bathroom and laundry room with new appliances are also located here.
