Large family friendly, cosy detached home, (Moon)

My property is called Llygad y Lleuad (eye of the moon). It's a newly built house and is located in a quiet area of Burry Port. We are a short walk from the beautiful harbour and beaches and small shopping centre. There is a ramp for wheelchair and baby pram use to the side of front porch for entry into the property. The space If you are looking for time to spend with family or friends this is the place to be. The house is well equipped with plenty of living accommodation. It has 5 bedrooms to sleep 10, 2 King size beds and 6 single beds also includes a travel cot, stair gates, high chair and baby alarm..... 2 lounges one on the ground floor the other in the loft both with tv's and free wi-fi is in every room. Large family working kitchen. The property has a large bathroom, en-suite in master bedroom and a cloakroom on the ground floor. There's also a study. Plenty of parking space for 3 cars on a paved driveway together with a garage for another car and any excess luggage. The neighbourhood is quiet and easily accessible to bars and restaurants within walking distance. The house sleeps 10 - eating space for 10. Guest access The whole house is yours to enjoy. The back garden is lawned and fenced off giving privacy. A patio area in the back is lit up with garden and patio lights perfect for sitting out on the warm evenings Other things to note The house is warm and cosy. There is also Netflix available, for a lot of different movies and favourite series for a relaxing end to the day. There is also a travel cot, baby gate for stairs or doors, high chair and baby alarm. There's a Gardner who might occasionally visit to do the garden and also a window cleaner. I have set the check in for around 4pm as this will be the time the home will ready for you. Also I ask if you could check out by 10am :-) Thx
