The town center has all the important facilities, such as banks, pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, and tobacco shop, and is approximately 1.5 km away. The village offers several restaurants, bars, and an ice cream shop. By car you can reach Palma in about 20 minutes and the airport in about 25 minutes. You can also get to downtown Palma quickly and cheaply by bus and train for excursions or a day of shopping. Alaró is a perfect place for cyclists and hikers, and for all sun lovers, the beaches of Bahía de Alcudia can be reached in approximately 25-45 minutes. Generally, Alaró is a very good starting point for excursions of any kind around the island due to its central location. Description: The Banyols estate is a typical Mallorcan estate, lovingly restored and elegantly decorated, located approximately 1.5 km from the center of Alaró, in a quiet area and offers excellent views of the Traumuntana mountains. The spacious grounds with a well-kept Mediterranean garden invite you to relax in a private setting. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. The kitchen leads directly to a rustic outdoor kitchen with an antique wood-burning stove and stone grill. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and clothesline etc. In the back there is an outdoor shower. Along the room it offers a generous fully covered patio. On the first floor you will find 2 more bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, and a large terrace. The two bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with a ceiling fan, the room on the ground floor and the soló offer coolness "without help" in the summer months. A wood stove provides warmth in winter. All windows have shutters with mosquito screens. The property is fully fenced! The door opens/closes automatically by remote control.
