Other things to note LOCATION: Please note Villa Raffles is in a very private location surrounded by teak trees and grasslands and you are much more likely to be woken by tinkling cow bells than motorized vehicles. Therefore we suggest to our guests to ensure they have transport arranged (own drive or private driver). Another great attraction is that we are only 5-10 minutes from Jimbaran beach and all of the best surfing breaks on the Bukit peninsula are no further than 20 minutes away.     We are also only 5 minutes away from Uluwatu road with its many bars and restaurants.   If privacy and quiet is what you desire, you will love our place, however if you are looking for a more built up, urban setting with cafes and bars within close walking distance, this may not be suitable for you. Please have this in mind on the time for bookings, location is a 5 stars if you are looking for this relax, if not, better to look for another location and therefore do not review us with a non good location star :) We include in the booking daily cleaning and linen & towels change every three days. This is a privately owned property we would like you to have the same respect as in your own home: • Check-out time is before 11:00. Late departure are subject to availability. • When checking out of the Villa, please be sure to not bring with you any key and return the villa key to your host. Please inform about your check out time on day in advance. • Housekeeping is every-second day and linen and towels change every 4th day. Pool and garden maintenance as well. • Please cooperate with economies of electricity and water for the preservation of natural resources. • Do not keep the AC on if you are not in the villa. • Silence is obligatory in the Villa from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on the next day. The Guest`s behavior should not disturb the peace of other guests. • Please make sure to lock doors when leaving the villa during your stay. • The guests keep the villa key. Any damage and loss will be subject to a fine. • Persons other than those registered guests are strictly prohibited from staying at the villa. • Safety deposit boxes for money and valuables are available free of charge in 2 bedrooms. Villa Raffles will not be liable for the loss or theft of money or valuables. • Guests are held responsible for any damage done to the furniture / decoration or other facilities insides the villas. The Guest is obliged to pay on demand the amount required to make good any such damage. • Please do not take away villa items as souvenirs. Otherwise, the charge will be added onto your bill. • Please refrain from any acts that could cause a fire in the villa. • Children cannot stay unattended at the villas. • Please do not bring Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Indonesia.
