Comes with washer and dryer and a full dining room table for entertaining. The lanai overlooks the 17th. A nice table to entertain or to enjoy the warm Florida night eating outside. The couch on the lanai is perfect for taking a cat nap. This condo has a deeded spot, but my car occupies this spot. There is plenty of guest parking close to the condo entrance.
