Full gas ch & dg with patio doors opening onto a wrap around decking with glass panels & outdoor sofa seating seating & bistro table for 2. There is also outdoor dining furniture on the garden area. The caravan is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac ensuring safe play for children. It is just a short walk to the brand new Dragon Lake Activity Village complete with boats, climbing wall, aerial adventure, mini aerial adventure, mini 4x4 off-roaders, pedal kart & bike hire, playground, sand play & sports courts. It also had new restaurants, a cakery & new pub. Hafan has been named as “Park of the future” for 2019. In addition to the new developments there is the fantastic pool area, entertainment complex & of course the sea & beaches, woodland & coastal walks, right on your doorstep. Guest access You are able to access all areas of the park eg outdoor play, arcades, playgrounds & restaurants etc. We only provide a self contained holiday home for hire, not a holiday package. However, as we are located on a Haven park, there are also a number of activities provided by Haven that you may wish to take part in- aerial adventure, pedaloes, bicycle & kart hire, crazy golf etc plus entertainment & swimming pool inc water slides & water activities. To use any of Haven's facilities you will need to purchase play passes from reception, some activities are also charged. We do not have any control over availability & any reduction in facilities would be a matter between Haven & yourselves. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: WE OFFER ACCOMODATION ONLY. YOU CAN PURCHASE PLAY PASSES IF REQUIRED. HAVEN HAVE ANNOUNCED THAT THE POOL IS UNDERGOING RENOVATION WORK THAT IS EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETE BY EARLY JUNE SO WILL BE UNAVAILABLE UNTIL THEN, PASSES WILL BE REDUCED DURING THIS TIME. Pets are not allowed in this caravan. If you decide to have a bbq, keep well away from the caravan & decking areas & dispose of used charcoal with utmost care.
