Detached house with excellent unobstructed view to the Aegean sea in a houses complex. It is located outside Arnados village in Tinos, very close to the village and the monastery of Our Lady of the Angels (Saint Pelagia). It consists of three levels which include kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms of which 1 master and two more bathrooms. The view from all levels remains excellent while you can see around the islands of Syros, Mykonos, Delos, Paros, Naxos, Gyaros etc. The space The house consists of three levels and two independent entrances. The first level (ground floor) includes an open plan kitchen and living room as well as a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing any of your meals throughout your stay and has a dining area. On the ground floor there is a large terrace with excellent view and protected from the wind. The second level has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms have direct access to a large balcony. There is also a separate independent entrance (as the plot of the complex is sloping). The third level of the house includes an open plan master bedroom with shower. It also has a large independent terrace. The property is located in a residential complex along with two more detached houses. It has a parking space and is fenced with an automatic door. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the house. The house does not have air conditioning as, due to its location, the temperature remains low throughout the year and is not required even on the hottest days of summer. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house except a warehouse which remains locked and includes the equipment of the house. Other things to note We carefully follow all the health protocols required, taking into account the guidelines of the World Health Organization, the National Health Organization and AirBnB. Our goal is to ensure that all visitors are safe during their stay. The cleaning is carried out by specialized personnel, safety and hygiene measures are observed while we have ensured that there is enough time for the cleaning and adequate ventilation of the house between the reservations.
