There is an indoor ring security motion sensor that is also turned off while the house is occupied •The pool can be heated for an additional $60 per day up to 80 degrees depending on the weather (November 1 to April 30 only). We will heat the pool for you remotely. Guest will not perform this function. Pool is heated using gas and solar during the day (morning to noon with gas and then solar) but not at night (sunset ends heating). Special request for heating time can be made with potential adjustments to price. Depending on how cold the water and outdoor temperatures is at the time, it may take up to 10 hours to heat up to the desired temperature. We can help you strategize if or when to heat the pool so it is cost effective for you. Let’s make sure to discuss this prior to your arrival. •The hot tub heat comes at no additional cost (summer months, we require spa to not be activated between 8 am and 4 pm to allow the pool to filter and remain clean for guest. Other months, the spa can be used after 2pm. This requirement ensure the pool remains clean by allowing it to filter.) •Wood is not supplied for the outdoor fire pit near the pool and propane is not provided for the fire pit table on the patio. •Basic cable is provided throughout the house and an Amazon Firestick is provided for the projector. Guests can use their personal account to log into their favorite streaming media such as Netflix on all TVs including the projector (by way of Amazon Firestick) for outside use. •House thermostat is set to mid-70s year around and locked. •For stays longer than a month such as the winter bird season, please message the host for cost and other arrangements.
