The space My apartment is surprisingly spacious with lounge diner, kitchen and bathroom and two bedrooms. The bedroom overlooking the sea has a King size bed whilst the rear room has two full size singles which can convert to a super King. The kitchen is well equipped for all culinary purposes and benefits from the convenience of a washing machine if needed. The living space is roomy and comfortable with breakfast bar with sea views and dining table, smart TV, stereo with Bluetooth and even a piano for music enthusiasts! An Optimist flame effect electric fan heater provides extra warmth if needed or just enjoy the atmospheric effect. A small balcony with table and chairs is accessible from the living room catching morning and afternoon sun. The fully tiled bathroom benefits from a bath with shower plus a separate shower cubicle. The views from the lounge and king bedroom windows and balcony are superb, looking over Goscar Rock and the Harbour plus the Lifeboat stations.. My daughter when little said "Why are all these people in our garden Mummy" as we walked down the steps with our cups of tea ! The beach IS the garden. If you enjoy getting up early to catch the sunrise it is the perfect place as the sun rises over the sea and at the end of the day it lights up the Mediterranean coloured harbour reached across the beach or having walked through Tenby town which tumbles down gently to the harbour. There is a 43 inch LED SMART TV with Netflix, Free view etc . The Hi-fi radio CD player with USB port sits on the secretaire which holds a selection of games, jigsaws,CD's DVD's and books for all ages. The balcony with its round Marble table and 2 folding chairs is accessed from the lounge . Tropical paintings and pastels plus a real live 32 year old Yucca palm tree create an unique atmosphere in my homely space. The white laminate kitchen has a cafe table and chairs, a tall fridge /freezer ; an electric fan oven sits under a gas hob. It is equipped as though lived in. There will be tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits for your arrival . Guest access The apartment is accessed through a small garden/park which has a black wrought iron fence with gold circles overlooking the sea. This park is directly opposite a sign which says CROFT COURT a very tall building. You will see the rooftop below from the wrought iron fence. From the roadside entrance walk through these gardens. Follow the path as though walking to the sea. It takes you to the left and the 25 steps down to the apartment. You will see the roof below you as you approach the wrought iron fence adorned with gold circles. I was once accompanied home after an Arts event when I arrived at the entrance to this garden I said "Thank you. I'm home now " and promptly disappeared. On next meeting my new found friend I was asked " WHERE DID YOU GO? I THOUGHT YOU WERE A MERMAID". Who knows ... Perhaps I am ! Other things to note ARRIVAL TIME is 3 pm. but dependant on the cleaner's schedule maybe earlier..... DEPARTURE TIME -11 am. Weekends are booked as a 3 night break.Friday -Monday or Thursday -Sunday. Summer weeks are priced at £1900 Christmas week and New year Week are let as full weeks Priced :£1250 Easter weeks , 3 in all ,are full weeks at a set price unless seen otherwise on the calendar.
