Our gîte overlooks the Ariège valley, the view from the terrace is nice, and the combination of the chalet and the building gives a peaceful, quiet character. The wooden terrace gives direct access to the pool. The environment is really conducive to calm, very early in the morning the deer come to eat and drink in our field which is below. A plancha, small living room to stroll and wooden table with benches to eat are at your disposal. The space The accommodation is composed of a built part to which a chalet is connected, which gives it a special charm. The chalet part is the main room, living room dining room with sofa bed and armchair, in summer two fans are available on the ground floor and a portable air conditioning on the first floor in the bedroom. Small living room tables and round wooden table with chairs, wooden furniture with TV, large storage cabinet with dishes. This space gives access to the equipped kitchen with side table and high chairs. A miller's staircase gives access to the bright room composed of a 140 x 200 cm bed with storage closet. The bathroom is adjoining, consisting of a spacious shower and vanity unit. This place is great for two people but can be suitable for three or four. Guest access When you arrive in the village of Grazac, at the stop on your left behind the phone booth, on your left facing the town hall, you can get out of your car. After the first house, on the right a large green barrier gives access to a tree-lined path, you can park your car near the barrier. Call us 30 minutes before your arrival so we can welcome you. Other things to note Upon arrival, you sign an inventory and a condition report to make you aware of the place and the terms of payment to be respected. The cleaning fee is not included in the price, so you must leave the accommodation clean for the next arrivals. The rental rate is inclusive of all taxes during the summer period. Winter periods and long-term rentals are to be discussed with me so that I can offer you an attractive price and booking terms. The village town hall is very strict in terms of waste treatment, compost and garbage cans are available for this purpose.
