Alva Apartment, a modern and light gem in Nis

A completely new renovated apartment with beautiful modern furniture in a quiet street with parking right outside the building. The clean and stylish apartment is around 56 sqm and includes a living room, a dining area and one bedroom besides the kitchen and bathroom. It has two terraces where you can enjoy a quiet moment and a cup of coffee. The space The apartment is fully equipped with air-condition and only used for renting. You will have everything for you self. It take up to 4/5 people, e.g a young family with 2 children and a baby: - 1 double size bed (160x200 cm) - 2 very comfortable air mattress (can be placed in the living room and stored in the bedroom when not in use) - 1 sofa !!! I hope you enjoy your stay at our apartment. The apartment has been in the family in two generations and have been carefully renovated in 2019, where every detail has been hand picked to make a comfortable and cosy place for friends or family to enjoy while in Nis. Our little family lives in Denmark but when we are in Serbia with our two boys we love spending time in the flat.
