Trevi fountain romantic stay-central w/ elevator

Charming and equipped with every comfort my apart is located right next to the Trevi fountain and close to many other incredible sights : it will make your couple's stay unforgettable and so romantic! At the third floor of a period building with elevator, you will enjoy a fantastic and single view from the windows of the hallways, and all the rest you need before and after your visits to the "eternal city", easily accessible thanks to the central location. The space Tiny but fully functional apartment for two people, furnished with -kitchenette with induction hob, microwave , kettle , table and chairs corner, -bathroom with large shower and personal hygiene products and various towels., -washer-dryer, wardrobe , - double bed of 160 (queen size ) with high quality mattress - harmchair, - air conditioning to warm and cool , TV with Netflix & Amazon prime, added pillows and blanket . ELEVATOR at the first floor (22 steps ) which reaches the third. Beautiful large windows on the landing out of the apartment to admire the fountain and smoke. Guest access The landing out of the apartment with large windows with beautiful view of the fountain from the third floor is perfect to make wonderful pictures and smoke . Other things to note The new electric water heater installed in October 2022 has a capacity of 100 litres which is perfect for two people . As in most of Italy it heats up completely in 4 hours and comes out very hot , so you don’t need to run the water in advance to get it hot. Remember to turn off the water when you don’t use it . There are two flights of stairs to do to access to the elevator at the first floor. I recommend my guests to attach as soon as possible accurate information on their arrival in Rome with their flight or train number in order to better organize cleaning, check-in and allow me to give them the best directions to reach the apartment.
