Summer is here with its share of festivals (e.g. Entre Rhône&Saône 06/26-28) and outdoor activities. Enjoy the studio: 30 m² with independent entrance, adjoining a family house on the heights of Irigny, next to the orchards & Fort Montcorin. Enjoy independent access, parking in a closed courtyard, and air conditioning. The apartment offers a large open living room combining a bedroom with storage, a desk, a dining area and simple cooking facilities, as well as a large BA with toilet. The space A quiet location near Lyon, ideal for a weekend or longer for two, combining city visits and relaxation/walks in the countryside; but also for finding peace and quiet after a day of work during a business trip (free Wi-Fi and a desk available). The studio is equipped with a 140 cm bed with memory foam pillows, reversible air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with a package of digital channels and a large wardrobe; a simple dining area with a round table and 2 chairs, plus a few appliances (fridge, coffee maker, kettle, microwave) and a spacious bathroom with the special feature of having a bathtub and a shower for your convenience. You can enjoy meals outdoors or just get some fresh air on a small terrace with a view of the garden and pool (accessible according to specific hours). Bed and bath linens and a dish towel are provided. Welcome tray available with filter or instant coffee, tea, herbal tea, sugar, salt & pepper. Guest access Quick access to the A7 highway and bus stop not far to reach Lyon Bellecour (No. 15) or the metro line to St Genis Laval Hôpitaux Sud with No. 18. Irigny city center with many shops 15 min walk away. A parking space is specially marked for your vehicle, in the courtyard closed by a gate. You will enter the studio through the bay window, closed by an electric blind, a small terrace with outdoor furniture is available. The swimming pool (open from May to September) and the deckchairs on the property can only be used during the following hours: weekdays 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Weekends and public holidays: 9:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m. Thank you for your respect for this instruction. Other things to note Please note: there is no full kitchen! just what you need to keep food cool, heat ready-made dishes and prepare breakfast. Animals are present on the property: cats and chickens. For basic cleaning, you have a broom, a dustpan/brush as well as sponge and dishwashing liquid.
