Welcome to our farm on 10-acres of woods just 10 min drive off hwy 11! This is a 3 bedroom home nestled among trees & trails and less than 2 km to swimming and a boat launch at Eagle Lake. Sharing your outdoors and living free range close to the house lives 10 chickens and 21 goats. Please note there is no internet or Wi-Fi service due to limited options, however cell phone internet is available. The space The open concept interior is bright, and spacious atmosphere. The living area uses a wood stove that is used in the winter for heating with wood provided. The near wrap around deck provides seating and propane barbecue. There are two bedrooms with queen-size beds on the main floor that are next to a bathroom with a large Jacuzzi tub. The loft provides four comfortable twin beds and one double with an outside balcony. Downstairs you will find a day bed and one double bed that shares the room with a ping-pong table with paddles and balls. Animals: There are currently 21 Nigerian dwarf goats and 10 chickens and roosters that live just below the deck. Feel free to hang out with them they are friendly. They are not locked in and usually the goats will run away if they see a dog. I come 3 times a day to feed them and If preferred can send you a message when I’m on my way.
