Mount Maunganui - Downtown 5 min Walk to Beach

The house is centrally located, a short 5 minute walk to the Beach And The Main Street’s amazing Cafes and Boutiquey Shops, Mt. Maunganui's famous ocean beach and the tranquil harbourside (Pilot Bay) are both only 5 minutes walk from The Beachouse. A very well appointed fully furnished home, this is an ideal holiday destination for families, or groups looking for a few days away. The space The house is located in downtown Mount, 5 minutes walk to the shops where there is lots of lovely cafe's and restaurants, and only 5 minutes to the beaches and to the hot pools. The house has a new fully equipped designer kitchen with a zenith Boiling Water/bubbly/chilled water Tap over the sink a Falcon oven and a large double door Samsung fridge/freezer with an ice maker and water on the door, with a large dining lounge area coming off it. The 5 bedrooms are all large, the master bedroom has an ensuite off it. The house is perfect for a large family. It has a beautiful large sunny lounge with a large deck that runs along the side of the house coming off it that can be used for dining or lounging on the outdoor furniture. The backyard is fully fenced, and the deck has a gate on it that makes it safe for little ones. Guest access The Entire House Other things to note There is to be no parties at the house, we have excellent neighbours who look after the house for us, but if you have any problems please feel free to message me on this site We do ask all guests to take there rubbish away with them, including bottles, and please don’t leave any of your food behind in the fridge. There is a Nespresso Coffee Machine at the house, but guests need to bring their own capsules. Also the bathrooms are néw, so we do ask guests to take special care in the bathrooms, please DO NOT DYE OR COLOUR YOUR HAIR IN THE BATHROOMS. Thankyou
