Our small old house was built by our great-grandfather in the early 20th century. The house is in a small street of a quiet neighborhood of Pyatiugla. Within walking distance there is a supermarket, pharmacy, confectionery, public transport stop. In just a couple of minutes of walking are the Strip River, the Church of Mikhail and Fedor, the Puppet Theater. You can also walk to City Park with attractions and a forest area. Five minutes by car to the city beach and Val. The space The house is wooden, inside 4 rooms, porch, kitchen and bathroom. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Due to the fact that it is wooden, in summer it is always cool and comfortable, and in winter it is warm and cozy. All the furniture in the house is old, but in perfect condition. Two separate bedrooms and two walk-in living rooms can accommodate 8 people. In the yard there is a gazebo, a playground, a swing and a place for a car. Guest access Guests have access to all spaces and the yard.
