Peaceful Room with spectacular views of Snowdonia

Our home is located in the famous village of Llanfairpwll. The House is located in the top of the village where it is perfectly situated for views of Snowdonia. Perfect location for families or individuals looking to explore the area, with very good transport links to and from the island, with good access to the A55 and the Britannia Bridge. The space The guest area has two double rooms with a private bathroom adjacent to the rooms for the sole use of the group. A dining room is also available to use within this area, should guests wish to bring back a Take-Away to eat after a busy day out. (The guest rooms can only be booked for one group at any one time. Please note that if the group booking is for two people only, and both require a bedroom each, an additional charge of £30 per night will be made once the booking has been confirmed. Please let us know once you have booked if both rooms are required). Outside there is a large patio and garden which can be used by guests; this area is also used by our family and pet dog. To the front of the property there is ample parking on the driveway which is also closed off with a gate. Tea/Coffee making facilities will be available in the Dining room, together with a small fridge, toaster and microwave should you wish to bring any foods with you. This room is again for the sole use of guests, and is within the guest area. Guest access Access to the guest area is via the front door of the property whereby you will find the guest area situated on the ground floor to the left side of the house. Bedroom 1 has a King Size Bed with pleasant views towards the Snowdonia Mountain Range. It also has a small sofa to relax on and watch TV or read and take in the views. Bedroom 2 has a King Size Bed, and looks out towards the front garden; this room has a TV and a sofa to relax on following a busy day enjoying Anglesey and Snowdonia. The sofa in this room also converts to a bed, should a 5th person be wanting to stay. Other things to note If a group booking to stay, consists of two persons and both people require a bedroom each, then we will require an additional £30 fee per night, this will be requested once booking is confirmed. Please Let Us Know When You Book If Both Rooms Are Required. Please note that we do not have a charging point for Electric Cars and linking any charger to the house electricity is not allowed. A minimum charge of £50 will be imposed if guests disregard this rule.
