Tucked away down a little lane is this two-bedroom cottage with front private garden. Open plan dining room/sitting room, family bathroom and large kitchen, this is perfect for everyone! The two bedrooms have double beds, but one has the flexibility of being twins if required. Tucked behind the High Street and between Sunningdale and Ascot train stations, this peaceful house has parking for two cars. The space Perfect for a long stay, or a terrific little home-from-home for a getaway – everything you need is already here. This sweet cottage is freshly decorated and newly furnished and has everything you could ask for – from whizzy wifi to fluffy towels. We’ve even put a cork screw in the cutlery drawer. Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect. Over time we have created a few processes to ensure we can deliver a high service level and a great stay for every guest. Guest access You have the run of the entire house. Please note the back garden/patio area belongs to the flat above - the garden at the front of the property is allocated to the property. Other things to note The master bedroom has twin beds which zip link to become a king-sized bed. Please state if you need these beds as singles or as a double when you book.
