Victorian House close to the English Countryside

Well presented Victorian house, ideal for a families, Walkers or Cyclists. The house is on the edge of the Lancashire countryside. Two bedrooms and also a unique office in a converted attic, ideal for any business man or woman. I must stress and inform to all guests that the steps to the attic / office are tall and with no barrier as you exit the steps. Children must be kept away from these steps, all other persons must take care also. Sky TV on a Smart TV so Netflix, YouTube etc is available. The space The house consists of small hallway with a vestibule door. The hallway leads you first to the lounge on the right hand side, it has a nice gas stove for those cold Winter nights. Sky TV is fully installed on a modern Smart TV with surround sound and sound bar. Then at the end of the hallway you turn right into the classy dining room, this for me is the highlight of the house. The back of the dining room lets you enter into the kitchen, stone flag floor with stable door. There is a large fridge, Microwave and fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the utility room with condensing dryer. When you go up the stairs you will see the large unique Victorian bathroom with original Victorian large roll top bath, walk in shower. The bathroom is very large for this type of property (towels are provided in the drawers). The main couple bedroom is at the back of the house which is also decorated in an elegant style, plenty of hanging space for your clothes including cupboards to place your baggage. There is also a Iron and Ironing board available in the cupboards of this room. The very large front bedroom has been recently refurbished and had a new complete makeover. It consists of a Victorian double bed with brand new mattress. There is also a set of strong stylish bunk beds that are more than sufficient for adults as well as children. You will be balled over by the new look of this room. The large bedroom also has plenty of hanging space for clothes and cupboards to place your baggage. There is a dressing table with a seat and hair dryer available in the drawer. Up the attic steps you will find a nice office that is suitable for any business man or woman, you can connect your laptop to the independent Screen , Keyboard and Mouse. Please make sure that you leave the USB chip for the keyboard and mouse for the next guest before you leave for the next guests. The back yard is a lovely sun trap in the mornings and you can take the high chairs out from the kitchen into the yard as and when you would like. Please remember to place them back in the kitchen though. There is an outside toilet that is fully functional with hot and cold running water, soap and clean towel is also provided. This is ideal for when the house is fully booked. Guest access All guests have full access to the entire house, apart from my back yard workshop. Also in the converted attic (Now office) the four small doors are not for access for the guests, these four doors are just for my own personal use. The rest of the house you can use at your own will as described above. Other things to note Please don’t alter the cables at the back of the TV in the lounge, they are all set up perfectly in the correct positions. I am mentioning this because I have had numerous issues with past guests. Also if you use Netflix please remember to logout of your account before you leave the property. If any light bulbs blow in the house there are plenty of spare bulbs in the cupboard below the bread bin in the kitchen. There is a brand new Carbon Monoxide detector provided both in the lounge and dining rooms. There is also smoke alarms provided in both bedrooms, landing and dining room. There is a fire extinguisher available if required in the kitchen. Also there is a fully stocked First Aid Kit provided on the shelf in the kitchen.
