Musgrave home in Durban for a convenient stop-over

The best selling point is its good position as it is a comfortable old Berea home in a good suburb which is close to everything. It is 6 minutes drive to the ICC (International Convention Center) or Moses Mabida Stadium It is 2 minutes walk to DHS Boys school. (Durban Boys High) It is 5 minutes drive to Parklands Hospital, Capital Hospital, Entabeni or St Augustine's Hospital 2 minute walk away from the STADIO teachers training college in Silverton Road. 2 minute drive to get onto the N1 The space Your large bedroom has a double bed furnished in a by-gone era. The private en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and baison. The large room with original pine floors and high ceilings is comfortable and furnished in a bygone era for your own private use. This lovely old house has stood the test of time but has the modern touches for comfort like a big open swimming pool and excellent free wi-fi. Common areas might be shared by other people in the house but the house and garden is spacious enough for you to find a secluded spot if you should so wish. The open plan kitchen is well stocked and there is a dishwasher and washing machine to share with any other guest who might be there Guest access You are 2 minutes drive from the N1. There are many Bolt and Uber cars for hire should you not have your own transport. There is off street parking for guest use only. There are many restaurants in the area as well as Musgrave shopping Mall which is 5 minutes walk away. During your stay I try to give my guests as much privacy as possible but I can be reached quickly by cell and can get to the house withing 5 minutes. Other things to note You might also have to share the common areas with other guests in the home. No children as I have an open swimming pool and no fence. No jumping into pool from sundeck No drinking in pool or glasses allowed in pool No outside guests allowed on property. No loud noise after 10pm. music or talking This is not a party house as consideration for others is important
