Room in a local's home

Very quiet accommodation located in a small town. The bedroom has a double bed folding under a platform, a wardrobe, a makeup area, a desk. The bathroom is shared with the owners. Towels and sheets are provided. The evening meal can be shared with the owners for an additional €10 (traditional homemade and family meal) but free from 3 nights. Two cats and a dog also live under our roof. The space We only rent our daughter's room when she is away for her studies! Our house is a renovated old barn with bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs! Guest access We have private parking adjoining the property. We are located about 20 minutes from Angoulême city center, 10 minutes from Champniers shopping center and 5 minutes from the National 10 towards Poitiers During your stay We have a lot of fun sharing our evening meal with our guests, which allows us to interact with travelers from all walks of life. We make dinner for €5 but from 3 nights we eat together for free. Other things to note We live with a dog who stays on the ground floor and 2 cats, one of whom likes to squat on the beds when the bedroom doors are not closed properly!
