Small detached house in the countryside in a very quiet place. 10 minutes from Sully/Loire and all amenities. 500m from the forest of Orleans and 1km from the canal of Orleans, many walks. Big towns and many tours in the area. Possible welcome from riders/horses The space On a 2 ha enclosed property, you will have a detached house with all the comforts. On the ground floor, you will have a large living room equipped with air conditioning, living room with TV, large storage closet and shelves, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped, with dishes, cooking utensils (pans, pots, strainer...), oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, fridge/freezer... The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, vanity with mirror, toilet, and ample storage. Upstairs, you will find two attic rooms, the first of which is a through room: a bedroom with a double bed that can be separated to make 2 single beds, and a through room serving as a game room and/or bedroom with a pull-out bed that is in a 1-person version or unfolded into 2 beds depending on the number of guests. Linens and towels provided and beds prepared on arrival. The staircase does not have a safety fence downstairs, but a door closes the top. Individual heating Cleaning supplies for troubleshooting on site. Hospitality products: coffee, tea, sugar, butter, mustard, oil, salt, pepper. The washing machine and dryer is in the owners' house and can be made available to you free of charge. Please bring your laundry detergent, count €2 if not. On the property you will have access to a private pond, fishing possible, bring your equipment. There is a picnic table in the shade of the trees at the edge of the pond. You also have a charcoal grill near the house. The pond is not supervised and swimming is prohibited. Fire is prohibited around the pond Upon arrival, we will give you a remote control for the electric gate, for which we take a deposit of €100 (not cashed and returned upon key handover at check-out). The space must be returned clean and dishes clean, wiped and put away. Possibility to take the cleaning and dishes package for 40€. You will also have a baby kit (baby bed, high chair, booster, changing mat, baby bathtub). The outdoor spaces are shared with us, our house is next to the cottage. However, the entire property is at your disposal. Entertainment: horseback riding (in an equestrian center), fishing (on the private pond or nearby communal pond), walking and cycling, visits to the Château de Sully sur Loire, Orléans 50 km, Gien 36 km, Montargis 27 km, Paris 100 km, Lamotte Beuvron 44 km... Ability to host horses in a paddock with shelters. With us it's the great calm, even the phone networks are reduced! Guest access You will have access to the garden and the pond. A washing machine and a clothes dryer are available on request in the owners' house.
