Our 45 m² house by the sea has been completely renovated. In a warm atmosphere, it invites you to relax, as a family or as a couple. Everything is done to make your stay enjoyable. Close to Cayola Bay, the forest, Port Bourgenay and Le Veillon Beach. Two heated swimming pools, a jacuzzi. A playground, tennis court and recreational area. Everything comes together for a great stay. The space We can accommodate 4 people + a baby (folding crib available). The living room has an equipped kitchen, with fridge, freezer, induction cooktop, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and toaster. A sofa that invites you to relax, with a TV and paperbacks at your disposal, all facing the adjoining terrace. The bright bathroom with a large shower, double sink and washing machine. (Towels are not provided.) Upstairs, a cozy bedroom with two 90/190 cm beds. The second bedroom, like the living room, has direct access to the terrace. A 140/190 bed, a large closet and a dresser. The terrace faces south, overlooking a wooded park. You can enjoy garden furniture, deckchairs and parasols. An outdoor kitchen with a griddle completes the whole thing so that you can fully enjoy the outdoors, for your aperitifs or meals. Wi-Fi is available for your use at no extra charge. Guest access The accommodation has a private parking space inside the estate and parking at the entrance. The cycling routes are accessible when leaving the area. Bus stop 100 meters away (line 554), to reach Les Sables-d'Olonne, Talmont-Saint-Hilaire, beaches, supermarkets. Other things to note During your stay, you have free access to a large leisure area with a tennis court, petanque courts, a multi-sports field with basketball hoops, soccer goals, volleyball/badminton net, wooden games for children. An outdoor pool with paddling pool and an indoor pool with jacuzzi, heated to 28°C. The pools are closed during the winter. A grocery store with bread and newspapers 200 meters away open from April to November.
