Fremont Carriage House

They call the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle the Center of the Universe and you'll be in the center of the Center of the Universe. You'll be a stone's throw to multiple coffee shops, amazing restaurants, unique shops, and fun bars. You're also a 1/4 mile from the water. Our place is an old carriage house—originally built in the early 1900s to house horse-drawn carriages. It's a showplace of craftsmanship with patio nestled under fir and cedars. It is peaceful while close to Fremont's nightlife. The space Great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The main bedroom is lofted above the living room area. The stairs are not great for children, so best to leave the little ones at home. Also, bring house-shoes, if you have them! You will have the whole carriage house to yourself, along with a side and front patio. You also have a designated off-street parking spot. The space is peaceful and quiet, while being next to everything you could need or want. The Carriage House sits behind a home we also own and if you need anything, we will be right over! Guest access You will have the 750 sq. Ft. house and adjacent outdoor space. It is frequented by bunnies, squirrels, and birds. There is a covered outdoors area with couches and chairs. Other things to note Less than 1/4 mile to the water, the Troll, five coffee shops, seven bus routes, 11 bars, and 35 restaurants and 100 yards from Lenin's Statue.
