Apartment within the house with 3 more apartments. Upstairs of the house with a separate entrance and balcony. The apartment has a gallery with only a 140x200 bed. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, and a space as a living/bedroom that has an exit to the terrace with 4 chairs and a table. Other things to note NO guests, NO parties, NO noise of the loud music after 10 pm. Take care of the apartment, throw out the garbage regularly, if possible, every day during the summer, there is a container for garbage in front of the house.
