AL4: Romantic Chalet in Front of Maresias Beach

A confortable chalet in front of the beach of Maresias, among a conserved reservation of the Atlantic rainforest, and including pools, hot tubs, BBQ and gym. My loft’s great for families, couples and groups (it can settle up to 06 people). It is fully furnished and the condo also offers a sunshade + two chairs for you to enjoy the beach. Come and check it out for yourself! The space Open plan housing (single floor) that has a queen bed, a double sofa bed and a bunk bed with two single beds. All very comfortable. The loft includes a bathroom and a full kitchen, a living room with cable TV via Direct Tv go and other facilities, as well as a balcony with a beautiful view of the Atlantic Forest. The house is fully furnished to welcome you with comfort and all this within one of the most beautiful and preserved condominiums in Maresias. The Condominium is in front of "Praia do Saco" in Maresias, with quieter areas for swimming and also with busier areas for those who like waves. The concierge is 24 hours with complete security. With swimming pools for adults and children, wet and dry steam room, barbecue, area with fridge in the pool, and streets for walking. The condo provides 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for use in the pools and on the beach. I will be available before and during your stay for any questions or requests. Guest access The condo offers many leisure options for you to relax and practice physical activities: zen space, two pools, dry sauna, wet sauna, two tennis courts and a multi-sport court, games room, gym, BBQ and a lounge. Other things to note Your pet is welcome! :) Tell us if they will come with you! For TWO PETS, a tax of 150 dollars for stay. This tax will help us to let the house organized and clean ; -If you need the service of bed and bath linen, a separate amount of R$200.00 is charged in which we provide a set of sheets and a towel per guest; You’ll need to send me the full names of the people which you’re taking to the trip, along with their ages and passport numbers (or RGs if they’re from Brazil).
