Own house in Löa/Bergslagen - boat available for rent

Visit the village of Löa in Bergslagen. The house is located on our property, in close proximity to our house, with access to its own part of the garden and patio. On the farm, there are free-range chickens, cats and dogs. The house is at your disposal from 4:00 pm and must be left cleaned no later than 11:00 am. If final cleaning is desired, this is ordered at the time of booking at a cost of SEK 1,200. The house has 8 beds and is equipped for self-catering. You bring your own bed linens, towels and other consumables. The space Nicely located and carefully renovated mountain man farm, from the nineteenth century. The house will be at your disposal from 4pm on the day of move in and will be left cleaned by 11am on the day of departure. You clean the house yourself before departure. If cleaning is desired, this is ordered when booking at a cost of SEK 1200. Bed linen and towels are available for rent, (to be notified when booking). Spacious house with WiFi, hall, large kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, bathroom with shower, laundry room, separate toilet and glass veranda. (The glass porch is uninsulated and is not heated in winter.) The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso (original) and coffee maker. Upstairs has three bedrooms, two larger and one smaller. Bedroom 1 is large and has a double bed (180 cm) and a single bed (120 cm). Bedroom 2 is a little smaller and has a bed that is 180 cm wide. Bedroom 3 is large and has a double bed (180 cm) and two single beds (90 and 80 cm), one of which in its own small space. Baby cot, high chair, changing bed and travel cot for babies are available to borrow. In Löa there is a swimming area, padel hall, café, flea market, mini golf and art exhibition. Rowing boat, (without motor) can be rented. Contact us for price. In the nearby area there are also nice walking and cycling paths, golf courses, slalom slope, cross-country tracks, hiking trails, canoe trails and sandy beach. Löa village has an interesting history that was one of many villages in Bergslagen that once contributed to Sweden's heyday with its production of iron from the ore from the area's mines. The old cabin is renovated and goes during the summer to visit as well as the old saw and mill. Guest access Welcome to Åby Gård! Accommodation in a rural setting, with garden and animals outside the door. You rent the whole house and it is easy to check in using a code, you park in the designated place on the property. Bed linens and towels are available to rent for SEK 150/person when you book. Electric cars may not be charged at the house. Fireplaces and stoves are not working and cannot be used. One dog is welcome for an extra fee (SEK 1000). Cats or other animals are not allowed. On the farm live our own free-range chickens, cats and dogs that do not want to be chased.
