The space This is a really small converted stand alone studio suited for 1 or 2 people. It’s simple but nice for people who enjoy privacy in their accommodations. Strictly a short term vacation rental only. There is a small private fenced in backyard and two parking spaces. Guest access Free Wifi & Netflix Other things to note We have a fenced in yard and welcome well behaved, friendly dogs and charge NO pet fee. Weight limit 45lbs. Limit 2 pets. Guests are responsible to pick up after their pets and dispose of waste. Dogs must be on leash if not in the house or backyard. Pets must be up-to-date on all shots.
