Two Village rustic houses with beach access

Non summer season( HEATING CHARGE) please ask for this. Bedding and towels not included We have our own beach which you walk to and can share. For the 14 guests this booking includes a second house next to this one, it shares the courtyard. The two properties are converted farm houses or buildings , clean and tidy, built into the side of the hill, so can be cool in summer, and warm in winter, on arrival it’s usually necessary to air the property as we are not able to do so before you arrive The space Close to the lake, and we have arranged access through a piece of land , this land is not part of your stay. The land is used for storing and parking. The lake front could be used to have a pick nic and a swim. BBQ can be arranged if discussed before in front of the house. Guest access The beach is safe and the house has most of the basics and in the garden its possible to arrange with us a bbq There is a water ski centre just opposite by car or a 15 minute walk, sailing ,all available at the centres those who wish to walk its great also The ski centre should be respected, so keep close to the edge of the lake and go left not right if swimming.
