Welcome to our cozy townhouse with proximity to most things. 3 km to Umeå city center and less than 1 km to Ålidhem city center with grocery stores and restaurants. The house was built in 2019 and is thus significantly newer than other buildings in Ålidhem. The nearest neighbors are families with children and the accommodation is suitable for those who want a quiet and private stay in Umeå. Parking is available directly next to the house. The space 109m2 townhouse on two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen, large living room and large bathroom/laundry room. On the back and front there are patios. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds, a children's room with bunk beds, a small bathroom with bathtub and a dressing room where we have put away what we do not want to have out during the rental. Guest access Parking space in the carport next to the house. Bus stop is 150 meters away. Easy to get around with the local buses. Umeå Östra train station is 2 km away and Umeå airport about 3 km. Other things to note Welcome to our nice home. We who live here are usually called Mikael, Mickan and our children Svante and Ronja born in 2021 and 2025. We have cleaned up before your stay, but in the house you can see that there is usually a small family living here.
