The 12 square meter sunroom has two single beds. There is an open plan kitchen dining area with a separate scullery. There is a sheltered pool clubhouse that opens onto the pool deck. The entrance ramp does not have any stairs. There is also a beach/pool outdoor shower on the ramp. There is a double garage. Guest access The whole house is available for rent - the floor area is 215 square meters situated in a large wild heather garden of over 2,180 square meters, which attracts numerous local bird species. There is a pool and pool clubhouse and also a games area of 200 square meters suitable for playing volleyball, garden soccer, cricket and other games. Other things to note The house is 600 meters (660 yards) from the beach and 400 meters (440 yards) from shops and restaurants in the village centre. The area has beautiful beaches, safe for swimming, surfing and kite-surfing with life guards present in summer season. There are numerous mountain walks and bicycle trails close by. There are numerous tourist attractions in the region, including wine tasting, whale watching and shark-cage diving.
