This property has three (3) gated heated pool areas that come with 3 small gyms and 3 Jacuzzis & 3 sets of Bar B Que grills at each location within the property. First of all, the property surrounding us is the Golf course at JW Marriott in the Desert Ridge area. Resorts like this put strict rules that continues to keep our community nice. This location is 1/2 mile from Scottsdale city limits. TAKE WALKS! You are just steps away from the golf course stroll in the early morning or evenings with sunset views. Theater, shops are just 5-8min walk. Desert Ridge Marketplace which you search on the web. Sundays Farmers Market. 1st Sunday of the month -Car Show. They don’t allow web links here. There is a gate key for re-entry or the gate keypad. The same key is provided & used for the three gated pools, mini gyms, hot tub jacuzzi & BBQ grills.
