This property has three (3) areas that come with 3 pools, 3 small gyms and 3 Jacuzzis & 3 sets of Bar B Que grills at each location within the property. First of all, the property surrounding us is the Golf course at JW Marriott in the Desert Ridge area. Resorts like this put strict rules that continues to keep our community nice. This location is 1/2 mile from North Scottsdale city limits. TAKE WALKS! You are just steps away from the golf course stroll in the early morning or evenings with sunset views. Theater, shops are just 5-8min walk. Desert Ridge Marketplace which you search on the web. Sundays Farmers Market. 1st Satruday of the month -Car Show. They don’t allow web links here. H&M, Nike, Home Goods, AMC THEATER w/recliners. Catch a Lyft ride home if you buy, your hands are full. They have LYFT signs easy pick up. It’s a safe area. I personally stroll over for a Starbucks at the JW Marriott via the golf course path and enjoy the lobby seating or outside firepits with a view. Come enjoy the Phoenix Scottsdale area. We are located at the loop 101 and N 56th Street. Desert Ridge, AZ 4 blocks from North Scottsdale. 7min drive to the QUARTERS SHOPS EATING at Kierland. We aim for cleanliness and sanitize beyond the norm. We keep our quarterly contract for pest control, cooling heating & plumbing. We don't want you to worry, but to come chill-lax. Guest access We give guests full access to our private condo. Touchless check in with a Smart Lock keypad. No contact check in. Yet if you need anything we aim to please in a fast manner. Other things to note Drive up to a gated keypad entry when you arrive. A code will be in the welcome pack in advance. Touchless checkin with our LOCKLEY Smart Lock key entry. Going for a walk? There is a gate key for re-entry or the gate keypad. The same key is provided & used for the three gated pools, mini gyms, hot tub jacuzzi & BBQ grills. (Your personal Key will be available on your entry table.) A golf course gate entry at hole #6 there one driveway down.
