SCORPIO, part of the Glaronissi Residence - Serifians houses is a perfect retreat from the fast pace of the world. Nestled on a natural valley, the headland gives way to a pristine sandy beach on the west and stunning theatrical natural rock and sea bays on the east. The house is built out of stone in the unpretentious spirit of the island and has the stamp of its owner’s architectural view. Ideal for families or friends seeking to escape from the ordinary. The space Scorpio is part of a 3-acre (12,000 sqm) property which is built on three levels offering privacy on each level. It reflects a state-of-the-art restoration of the original structure of four traditional stone-built agricultural residencies (including an old wood stove) built in the early 20th century. The interiors are furnished with emphasis on conventional elegance providing style, simplicity and comfort for its guests. The outdoor areas offer sheer delight throughout the day. The layout provides guests with multiple leisure alternatives and its terrace overlooks towards the Aegean Sea and Glaronissi gulf. The surroundings of the house have been planted with a wide variety of trees and bushes in a truly Mediterranean yet Cycladic motif. The house features astonishing views towards Glaronissi's gulf, Glaronissi island with 180 fish-eye see view towards the Aegean Sea. Open space of 30m2 with a double sized bed and a sofa that accommodates one more person (ex. children). The house's interior include the kitchenette, guests' bathroom and bedroom corner. In the outdoors you will find a 100 m2 terrace with an additional outdoor shower, that functions as a summer dining and sitting area inviting you to sunbathe and relax. The house accommodates up to 3 persons including kids and there is 24-hour support from authorised staff in any technical matter you may need. Other things to note The house is located 10 minutes by car (5 km) from the port in a peaceful and private location overlooking the Glaronissi bay. All our houses at Serifians have a south facing orientation facing the sea, so you can enjoy plenty of sunlight from dawn till dusk. Sunrises and sunsets are truly magical here. All grocery stores and super markets are located at the port. The house is 700 meters or a 10-12 minutes walk (alternatively 5 minutes by car) from Vagia beach, which is one of the best on the island. After Vagia you will find another famous beach, Ganema, which is protected from the winds. Both beaches have excellent taverns and restaurants serving from noon until sunset.
