A one-storey cottage is for rent 200 meters from the sea, in the suburbs of Batumi, in the resort village of Chakvi. The house has two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen and bathroom. There is a barbecue. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The area has a developed infrastructure, there are shops, cafes nearby. The space The house is located in a gated landscaped area of 800 sq.m. On this territory there is a courtyard, two gazebos, flower beds, plantations of evergreen subtropical plants and four more similar houses. The house has two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a small porch-balcony. The first bedroom has one double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. The living room has a sofa, table and kitchenette. Each bedroom has a wardrobe. The house has a gas heating system of convection type (karma), there is Internet, Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split system), TV, fridge, washing machine, gas stove and everything you need for cooking. The center of Batumi is 10 kilometers away, 15 minutes by minibus. Transport runs every 6 minutes (city bus number 6 and shuttle bus number 40). Internet, electricity, gas and water are payable according to the tariffs and meter readings. The Internet costs 30 lari per month at a speed of 20 Mbps (this is the standard rate). At a speed of 100 Mbps, the Internet costs 100 lari per month. Our rates: Electricity is 0.27 GEL per 1 kWh. Gas 1.25 lari per 1 cubic meter. Water is 5 lari per month.
