A large & private guest house on lower level of home only 30 min. to Portland. Mt. Hood, Gorge Waterfalls & Scenic hikes within 60 min drive. Super comfortable bed, quiet nights, recliner sofa & relaxing atmosphere make this an ideal place to hang out and rest. We welcome ALL colors, LGBTQ. Must Read all info, house rules & details prior to booking please. Informed guests are happy guests. Can accommodate 3pm check in every day of the week except Tuesdays. The space The property is lovely year around but particularly during the blooming and warmer season. We encourage guests to walk around the grounds and say hello to the bunnies and chickens. The shared pool is seasonal only and we are happy to enjoy it with our guests from mid June to September. Guest access Parking in one of the 2 designated parking spaces (one blocking our garage doors and the other is next to the fence just as you pull into the driveway. Suite entrance can be accessed behind the house and down the short set of stairs leading under the deck. Other things to note Sounds travels in the house so keep that in mind when booking and please choose another place if you are planning on being active late into the night. We do not allow pets. If you have a certified service animal, please inquire before booking and give details (certificate/papers/proof). Resources are costly & we want to extend affordable housing ongoing so please note that there is a 10 min max on shower. The shower pressure is very good here. Also, keep doors and windows shut when heater is on and keep temperature no higher than 72 deg. Note: We are very serious about quiet hours - 10pm - 6am. Please keep all buds used & unused of all types outside to keep our unit fresh for following guests. Odors are very difficult to remove in-between guests so do not keep any smoked or un-smoked products in the house and no fragrant sprays (if in doubt, please ask).
