A car is recommended for getting around and exploring the region. Nearby, you'll find excellent wineries, traditional restaurants, the Istralandia water park, beautiful beaches, and more. The house is newly built and fully equipped, featuring 3 comfortable bedrooms, modern bathrooms, a private pool, and parking.
