Sunrise Terrace

The space Hello and welcome to our much loved family home. We are new to air B and B and have decided to rent our house out this summer. We are just off the South stack road on Holy Island. We live on a quiet street and our house is an end Terrace with a large rear garden. Holyhead mountain is less than a 2 minute drive away and the popular South stack lighthouse is just 5 minutes drive. Trearddur bay is a 10 minute drive. Rhosneigr approx 20 minute drive. Penhros coastal path is 8 minutes away and home to lots of Red squirrels. The house is split over 3 floors, with sea views from the top floor and views of snowdonia on a clear day. The house has a recently updated kitchen diner with a snug that leads off as well as a larger living room, so kids and adults can relax in their own environments. There is a main bathroom with a bath, WC and shower, and one en-suite with a shower and saniflo toilet. There will be 2 rooms and 2 store cupboards that will be locked containing our personal items, however this won’t impact your space or stay. Please remember this is a family home not a business so some things will be rustic and not perfect. We hope you enjoy your stay and enjoy Anglesey as much as we do. Please note bedding provided in all the rooms are goose down filled. If you have allergies to this you will have to provide your own bedding. Many thanks Becky Guest access Please do not park on grass verge or on neighbours lane at the side of the house. Other things to note Fires and log burners are out of use as breech home insurance. No sanitary products to be flushed down the saniflo toilet as this will block. This is a no smoking property.
