Gorgeous antiseismic brand new house with sea view rooms, each one with private large bathroom and shower. Just 5min drive from most beautiful beaches and Costa Paradiso, but still far from noise and crowd, you could enjoy the true peacefullness of these wonderful hills. Garden is still under remodeling. Chance to have breakfast. Laundry available. Guest are welcome in common space. Please note that prices are for 1 room, so if you are more than 2/3 people, you need to reserve multiples. The space All rooms have a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and bidet, and air conditioning. The common areas are spacious. All furniture, including beds, is new, spacious and very comfortable. Guest access The entire house is accessible. It is forbidden to eat meals in the rooms and to smoke in all indoor spaces. To smoke in outdoor spaces, the use of an ashtray is mandatory. Access to the house is allowed using shoes exclusively for indoor spaces. With the exception of the month of August, rentals with a duration of more than 5 consecutive days will be accepted: breakfast in these months can be arranged with a business located near the house. In the period between August 5th and 20th, rentals with a longer duration are preferred. Other things to note The garden is being arranged by the owners and is not yet fully usable. Possibility of arranging a pizza prepared with sourdough in a wood-burning oven by reservation. Kitchen not accessible. Coffee and cold drinks available for a fee in the common areas.
