No smoking Guest access All Other things to note Well water is clear and filtered but would strongly suggest you bring drinking water.. Because it is a well I cannot guarantee the safety for drinking. On the subject of Plumbing, please respect the septic system do not flush any Sanitary products , baby wipes, wet wipes down the toilet. only flush toilet paper. Use the garbage disposal to further rinse dishes. Please do not put big pieces down the garbage disposal. the septic field is new but it's a very unpleasant experience for you as a tenant, if it backs up! Bed linens, towels, beach towels, dishes and silverware are provided. Small amount of condiments. There is a Keurig coffee maker which takes standard Keurig products.
