A modern townhouse in the vibrant suburb of Miramar, a 5 min drive to the airport and 15 mins drive from central Wellington. From here you can walk to Weta Workshop, Roxy Cinema, or a great selection of cafes and restaurants. A supermaket is a few mins drive away and a panoramic view of the harbour and clifftop walkway is just a short hop. Off street parking included. Breakfast provided (stays of less than 7d) . Local information & tips always available. Unlimited wifi and Netflix included. The space A lovely double room with private ensuite (shower, toilet, basin) and large wardrobe. Access to the room is direct from the main entrance on the ground floor. All windows are double glazed for warmth and quiet. The kitchen (all usual amenities, except a microwave), dining room, living room and outdoor courtyard are accessed from the level above (one flight of stairs up). Guest access In addition to the room, guests are welcome to use the kitchen, dining room, living room and outdoor courtyard, as well as the washing machine in the garage. There is space in the fridge and a cupboard for your food. Note, I have a preference for cooking to be vegetarian. During your stay I'm happy to help by providing local and NZ wide information and tips.
