The farmhouse is located very close to the beautiful Ramla l-Hamra beach and Calypso cave overlooking same beach all within 15 minutes walk. Xaghra is a very pleasant village, and Xaghra Village Square in front of the majestic village church is very popular with tourists because of its casual restaurants and cafeterias. The farmhouse provides a cosy ambience in winter as well with double glazed apertures, pellet stove heating, floor heating in two of the bathrooms and one of the bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen makes this an ideal self catering house. BBQ nights in the pool area is a lot of fun for all the family. One may easily consider this property as a SPA farmhouse as one may opt for the use of Sauna and/or Jacuzzi with country viewsand amazing sunset. Pool is heated for more comfort. One would immediately note the wonderful pool area with BBQ facility and outdoor solar heated shower. Amenities toddler cot, high chair, living room with TV, internet, bath, washing machine, tumble dryer and drying areas, microwave, large fridge, emergency lights, airconditioning, floor heating, pellet stove, BBQ, walk in showers, 3 ensuite bathrrom and one common bathroom, outdoor furniture, workspace. Linen and Towels will be provided by us. Parking is easy in the car port forming part of the property. There are 4 main bedrooms. Property sleeps 8 and in case of emergency the sofa bed in the living room sleeps another 2 persons. A good sized refrigerator is found in the kitchen. Guest access There will be access to all the property except for the sauna and the hot tub which can be booked optionally. Other things to note Stays that are longer than one week would need to have separate cleaning and pool cleaning arrangements. MALTA TOURISM AUTHORITY LICENCE NO HPI/9266 A tourist tax of €0.50 per night per person is applicable and this is paid separately upon arrival. This is currently capped at €5.00 per person. Different tax rates will apply from 1st Jul 2026.
