Office/gym is only available for more than 2 guests in the house, i.e. if the extra beds are to be used. Of course, you have the house to yourself, but there are 2 other rooms on the 1st floor that are not available to guests as we store our things in them. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer available. In the garden there is plenty of opportunity to relax.
