Cozy apartment at 300th Year Park

The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Primorsky District directly at the river Neva next to Park of the 300th Anniversary of St. Petersburg and within walking distance from the Piterland shopping centre, the Krestovsky Bridge, the business centre GAZPROM and the football stadium ZENIT ARENA. There are an adventure pool and very good underground connections to the city centre. I am happy to support you during your stay and give you some insider tips. The space The apartment consists of a bed-sit room, a cosy kitchen and a bathroom. Both the apartment and the furnishings are completely new. It has a nice balcony with a view on the Gulf of Finland. All important things are present in the apartment, the furniture was carefully selected by my mother. A washing machine is available in the bathroom. Other things to note A friend of mine who studies in St. Petersburg offers tours around St. Petersburg in English and German. She is very friendly and welcoming and always happy to get to know new people and exchange about culture. Please tell me if you would be interested :)
